In addition to using the latest Tax Publication provided by the IRS, we also enforce state and local laws. This included state tax,  local sales tax compliance, and Value Added Tax (VAT).

Mays Concepts LLC follows the code of conduct & ethics set forth by the Uniformed Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), IRS Publications, State and Local Codes. All legally required corporate and personal tax forms will be complete to the benefit all clients.   

Our Bookkeeping Services includes: updating company books daily, creating Accounts Payable, posting Accounts Receivables,  creating Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets on demand. 

Payroll Service includes on boarding/out boarding, processing employee data, updating payroll data for Federal & State monthly taxes, Quarterly Taxes. Annual Taxes, Corporate Tax, Federal  & State Tax Preparations.

Mays Concepts LLC is  registered with the Secretary of State - NC to provide Notary Public Service.  

Reporting Services  is the functionality of reporting income data to the various government agencies: IRS, NC (your state) State Department of Revenue, NC (your) Employment commission Department, Social Security Administration.

As part of our Bookkeeping Service we offer Budgeting Services to help you to be more efficient with your Home or Business.
